Position: Branch Ambassador

Job Summary: Responsible for administration and efficient operation of the Branch Delivery System, delivery of platform services, account opening and in-house sales, cash management at branch level, participation in the administrative proceedings, CX experience and serves as the CAO of the branch.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Customer Engagement – Fulfill sales targets, retain and grow client relationships, cross-sell bank products and services, assist walk-in clients, and support marketing efforts for prospective customers.
• Manage Branch Operations & Transactions – Oversee account opening and maintenance, placements and investments, ATM and checkbook requests, manager’s checks, fund transfers, and other branch transactions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
• Oversee Cash Custodianship & ATM Operations – Maintain control of branch cash levels, supervise cash servicing for Junior Ambassadors, conduct cash counts, manage vault and ATM operations, and ensure proper handling of accountable forms and contingent items.
• Ensure Service Excellence & Complaint Resolution – Champion a positive customer experience, handle and monitor client concerns, coordinate with relevant units for resolution, and ensure timely feedback and compliance with service standards.
• Lead, Coach & Develop Branch Staff – Supervise Junior Ambassadors, conduct coaching and performance reviews, recommend training and staff rotations, support hiring and disciplinary processes, and ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational policies.
