How you create impact

You will be part of our Air Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise + management skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence.

Your primary objective will be to lead our people, customer + operations strategy for the assigned territory, monitoring + driving continuous improvement in development efforts. You will ensure that all involved teams + stakeholders achieve or exceed company goals by developing business while optimizing operational processes + production costs.

What we would like you to bring

• Proven ability to drive business development through customer acquisition and retention initiatives
• Strong understanding of operational excellence, with experience in setting up and monitoring key performance metrics
• Experience in implementing customer SOPs and training frameworks to enhance service quality and consistency
• Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and compliance practices, with a focus on audit readiness (in collaboration with QSHE)
• Commercial acumen in procurement and pricing strategies, with the ability to support trade lane development in alignment with key stakeholders
• Familiarity with operational systems and tools, with a proactive approach towards digitalisation and e-touch initiatives
• Financial awareness, including experience managing forwarding sub-ledgers (FSL), analysing P&L performance, and driving cost and profitability targets
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate across the network and adapt processes based on evolving operational needs
