About the role

The People Services Team Lead is responsible for supporting HR, People Services, and site operations. The role oversees bi‑weekly payroll facilitation, vendor management, HMO administration, audit readiness, employee engagement initiatives, and onboarding activities for both wired and non‑wired employees. This position also plays a key role in People‑related programs, health and wellness monitoring, and coordinating safety and compliance activities with EHS and various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate bi‑weekly payroll every 8th and 23rd of the month and ensure timely ticket submission to Payroll via AskHR.Support the HRBP and Operations Manager in executing the 1KPS program and People‑related activities.
  • Maintain continuous audit readiness for DOLE, SMETA, TGA, FSQ, including documentation, internal audits, and meetings.
  • Manage key vendors (Avance, Topserve, SSI, City Service, Chef Par, HMO), including contract renewals and monthly EHS meetings.
  • Coordinate safety, compliance, and operational concerns with relevant teams.Handle HMO (Philcare) concerns such as LOA generation, reimbursements, enrollment, and deletion.Monitor and ensure completion of monthly Health Lectures and support the Health & Wellness Program.
  • Lead 2026 Engagement Calendar activities (recreational and company‑wide) and MyCommunity initiatives.
  • Prepare People Services activities for Monthly Townhalls and the Bimonthly PS Deck – SEA Ops Review.
  • Prepare Monthly Safe Manhours (estimate and actual) for EHS submission.
  • Support the recruitment process for non‑wired roles as needed.
  • Endorse candidates to the HMO provider for PEME as part of the onboarding process (wired and non‑wired).Schedule onboarding orientation for new hires (Safety, GMP, and other functions).
  • Provide ongoing operational support to both Batangas and Taguig sites.

Qualifications and skills

  • Experience in People Services, HR Operations, or related HR support roles (at least 5 years of experience)
  • Strong understanding of payroll coordination, ticketing systems (AskHR), and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with audit preparation (DOLE, SMETA, TGA, FSQ) and compliance documentation.
  • Knowledge of HMO processes including LOA, reimbursements, enrollment, and deletion
  • .Able to coordinate health, wellness, engagement, and community programs.
  • Experience supporting recruitment activities for non‑wired roles is an advantage.
  • Ability to prepare reports, decks, and data submissions (PS Deck, Safe Manhours).
  • Strong organizational skills and capability to support multiple sites (Batangas and Taguig).
  • Comfortable leading activities, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and managing HR processes end‑to‑end.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
