PART-TIME CALL CENTER AGENT (BATANGAS CITY ON-SITE)

Salary: PHP 8,800

Job Description

• Outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitation and/or sales.
• Inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close lead/sales.
• Data entry to update customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Respond to emails.
• Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Meet service level agreements set forth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

• Available at least 4 hours per day for a minimum of 6 months.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Typing Speed of at least 40WPM.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-first attitude, with the ability to adapt to different personalities.
• Strong problem-solving and quick-learning ability.
• No BPO experience required; students, home makers, and part time workers are welcome to apply.
  
  

• Work set-up: On-site Batangas City.
• Salary will be based on: Skills, Attitude, Performance, Attendance.
• Opportunity for regularization and promotion.
• US clients.
• Shift: Graveyard Monday to Friday, and Saturday as needed.
• Scholarship program duration: 8 to 10 days.
