Qualifications

At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate

College undergraduates and graduates are highly encouraged to apply

With or without BPO experience – fresh graduates are welcome!

Excellent English communication skills

Willing to work onsite at Concentrix Baguio

Amenable to shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays

As a Customer Service Representative, You Will
