Video Processing Specialist - 100% Work From Home

As a Video Processing Specialist, your role will contribute to the success of the business by providing the best customer support and experience to our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

• Renders VT/VrT/Vlog services by reviewing, editing, and optimizing video tours and video blogs for the client’s marketing purposes.
  

• Posts virtual tours on the client’s Google My Business page and, when applicable, on other social media platforms and websites to support marketing and SEO initiatives.
  

• Assists in managing clients’ Google My Business pages and YouTube accounts to ensure accurate and updated content.
  

• Prepares Property Condition Reports in accordance with established guidelines and requirements.
  

• Performs additional services and/or prepares other reports as may be required from time to time, whether related or unrelated to the primary obligations.
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• College level with at least one (1) year of work-related experience, with basic knowledge of PC usage and internet navigation.
  

• With prior experience in proofreading, transcribing, and writing.
  

• Ability to learn, understand, and apply applicable guidelines or special instructions set by the client and/or the state or province covering the client’s location.
  

• Meets expectations on attendance, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other company policies.
  

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a time-conscious and efficient manner.
  

• Quiet home office work environment
  

• Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with internet backup available
  

• Dependable electricity with power backup available
  

• Computer RAM: At least 12 GB RAM Memory for Windows, 8GB RAM for Mac
