Job Description

We are looking for a highly creative Video Editor & Content Creation Specialist who excels in crafting engaging, high-impact Reels and short-form content. This role is ideal for someone who is not just a video editor, but a true visual storyteller and digital artist—someone who can turn raw footage into captivating, scroll-stopping content.

What You’ll Do

• Create high-quality Reels and short-form videos that are visually compelling, modern, and on-trend.
   
• Edit, refine, and repurpose content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
   
• Develop creative concepts and visual ideas to enhance brand storytelling.
   
• Collaborate with the team to understand the brand’s voice, audience, and content goals.
   
• Maintain consistency in visual identity, pacing, transitions, and aesthetics.
   
• Stay up-to-date on trends, sounds, styles, and emerging formats.
   
• Occasionally assist in shooting or directing raw footage (if needed).
   

Who You Are

• A creative artist at heart with a passion for creating social-media-ready content.
   
• Strong portfolio demonstrating Reels, TikToks, or similar short-form edits.
   
• Proficient in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar).
   
• Strong understanding of transitions, timing, pacing, and modern editing styles.
   
• Ability to turn simple ideas into visually engaging stories.
   
• Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
   
• Experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or related fields is a plus.
   

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience creating short-form content
   
• Experience conceptualizing and storyboarding content
   
• Ability to work independently and take creative direction
   
• Strong sense of aesthetics, detail, and rhythm
   
• Knowledge of trending sounds, memes, and niche content formats
