Your Role:

As a UI/UX Designer with Generalist Skills, you will:

• Design intuitive websites, landing pages, and mobile application interfaces using Figma.
• Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and scalable UI design systems.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and improve design decisions.
• Develop branded presentations, proposals, and marketing materials using Canva.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation and maintain visual consistency across all digital and marketing assets.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• At least 2 years of dedicated UI/UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing website and mobile application design projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout.
• Availability to work during EST business hours.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, UX best practices, and modern interface patterns.
• Experience creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design systems.
• Proficiency in Canva for presentations, branded documents, and marketing collateral.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), motion design, or micro-interactions.
• Experience designing for luxury, premium, SaaS, e-commerce, or agency brands, with familiarity using AI-powered design tools.
