UI/UX Designer 17D25

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the design and aesthetic appeal of our digital platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. You will work closely with our product and development teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and engaging designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in both UI and UX design, along with experience in wireframing, prototyping, and information architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement user interface components for web and mobile applications.
• Create original graphic designs, icons, and logos for digital platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate ideas.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve design efficiency.
• Ensure consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
• Work closely with developers to integrate designs seamlessly into the final product.
• Stay current with design trends and industry standards to inspire new concepts.
• Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining design systems and UI components library for consistency.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems through testing and analysis.
• Create and iterate on assets that reflect a brand, enforce a language, and inject beauty and life into a product.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design, visual arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methodologies.
• Experience in conducting user research and translating findings into design improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in team environments.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
