Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in fulfilling the talent needs of our organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring the best possible candidates. Working closely with hiring managers, you'll oversee the recruitment life-cycle, from sourcing and attracting suitable candidates to facilitating effective interviews and collaborating on hiring decisions. This position demands a deep understanding of the job market and expertise in assessing talents that match our company's goals and culture. With excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach, you will help build a strong employer brand and ensure a seamless candidate experience, ultimately contributing to our organizational success.


Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates through various innovative and creative methodologies.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate potential candidates effectively.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications as needed.
  • Implement new recruitment strategies to ensure a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate and oversee the entire recruitment and selection process for open positions.
  • Enhance the company's hiring policy and streamline recruitment processes for efficiency.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job opportunities and talent pools.
  • Provide regular reports on recruiting metrics, budgets, and market trends related to talent acquisition.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Represent the company at recruitment events, conferences, and on social media platforms.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience by managing communications during the process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role in talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple recruitment projects.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of labor laws and best practices in hiring and talent management.
