The Senior Sales Manager at 29O25 is a dynamic and pivotal role within our organization, focused on driving sales growth and leading an exceptional sales team. This role requires an experienced sales leader who can formulate and implement strategic sales plans to accelerate business growth and market expansion. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing sales processes, building and nurturing key relationships, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds their sales targets. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
