IT Operations Analyst 20O25

As an IT Operations Analyst, your primary mission is to ensure the smooth running of IT systems and infrastructure. You will play a vital role in supporting the organization's IT operations by monitoring system performance, managing and troubleshooting system and network issues, and ensuring the secure and efficient operation of the company’s IT architecture. You will be responsible for adopting best practices for system operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and system reliability. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining high levels of performance, availability, sustainability, and securing assets. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network and system issues efficiently.
• Coordinate and implement IT security measures and protocols across all systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for systems processes, procedures, and policies.
• Collaborate with IT teams to increase efficiency and enhance productivity solutions.
• Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of new technologies and upgrades.
• Assist with the deployment of software patches and updates to maintain system integrity.
• Analyze system data to enhance performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Create reports and provide insights into system operations and key performance indicators.
• Support the coordination of disaster recovery planning and execution activities.
• Ensure all IT operations comply with industry regulations and organizational policies.
• Provide technical support to users and stakeholders in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Operations Analyst or similar role in IT operations.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure systems, network hardware, and software.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues proficiently and quickly.
• Experience with IT security best practices and maintenance of security protocols.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance management software applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
