Job Description

The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in steering the success of a company's sales team. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for high-level client interactions.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make strategy adjustments.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management systems.
