Recruitment lead

You'll own recruitment for a Salesforce Summit Partner scaling across Australia and the Philippines, working directly with the People and Culture Lead and senior stakeholders across the business to bring in the talent that builds what's next.

Why This Role Exists

Every hire we make either strengthens our delivery capability or slows it down. As we scale across two countries and seven service lines, we need someone who owns recruitment end to end, technical and non-technical, and who can move fast without cutting corners on quality. This is a stand-alone role: no team to lean on, no layers to hide behind. You'll set the pace, run the process, and be the person senior leaders trust to get the right people in the door.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all J4RVIS hiring across Australia and the Philippines, from role scoping through to offer, for both technical and non-technical positions
• Partner directly with senior stakeholders, including service line directors and founders, to define hiring briefs, calibrate on candidate quality, and keep pace with delivery timelines
• Source and assess technical talent across multiple platforms and disciplines, applying real judgement on capability rather than keyword-matching CVs
• Manage the full candidate experience across two countries and time zones, keeping communication sharp, timely, and consistent regardless of where a candidate sits
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline ahead of need, rather than reacting role by role
• Lead talent acquisition projects that enhance and optimise the function itself: process redesign, ATS and tooling improvements, employer branding, and reporting
• Report on pipeline health, time to hire, and hiring outcomes to the People and Culture Lead
  
  

• 8+ years of technical recruiting experience, with meaningful time spent inside a consulting or professional services environment
• A genuine appetite for fast-paced, high-volume recruiting, not tolerance for it
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple regions simultaneously, with the cultural fluency to work naturally across both Australian and Philippine markets
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, comfortable adapting your style for candidates, hiring managers, and senior executives alike
• Confidence operating autonomously in a stand-alone role, owning outcomes without a team around you
• Seniority and presence to manage and influence senior stakeholders, including founders and service line directors
• A track record of leading or contributing to talent acquisition projects that have enhanced or optimised the TA function, not just BAU recruiting delivery
