The Project Manager/Scrum Master is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and guiding agile development teams in an onsite environment. This dual role combines the strategic oversight of a Project Manager with the facilitation expertise of a Scrum Master. The individual will ensure that project goals are achieved efficiently and within the designated timeframe. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to align project objectives and deliver high-quality products. Responsibilities

• Lead agile teams as both Project Manager and Scrum Master to achieve project goals.
• Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
• Collaborate with product owners to define project scope and objectives clearly.
• Remove impediments and blockers that could prevent the team's progress.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget constraints.
• Monitor project progress and manage changes to the project scope or timeline.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain open and clear communication lines.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices adoption.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and manage workflows effectively.
• Foster an environment of team collaboration and open feedback to enhance performance.
• Identify and manage project risks, escalating as necessary to ensure team alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field mandatory.
• Proven experience in project management and scrum master roles in agile settings.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment effectively.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification strongly preferred for this role.
