Role Summary

We are looking for a talented and motivated Programmatic Executive to join us at Realtime Agency, a fast-growing performance and brand marketing agency. This is an existing opportunity to support the activation of state-of-the-art programmatic, display, DOOH and audio campaigns across some of our biggest accounts, including multi-billion dollar companies and household brands.

You will be a fast learner who is passionate about the programmatic and digital advertising space. You’ll need to be analytical and data-driven, with excellent attention to detail. You will be motivated by working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, never failing to demonstrate kindness, integrity, and respect for your clients and your colleagues; taking pride in your work, and collaborating in a kind and respectful way with others.

This role is for a US client, EST time zone.

You’re the right person for the role if you have:

• 1+ years of programmatic advertising experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines
• Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Well-organised and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.
• A passion for Digital Marketing and learning!

Key Responsibilities

• Own the trafficking and builds for programmatic activity across various channels and platforms
• Ensure effective QA of work ahead of sharing this with the UK & US teams for final QA
• Complete weekly reporting needs ensuring data accuracy
• Share ideas to improve the performance of campaigns and/or internal workflows
• Manage campaign pacing and raise any issues with under or over pacing
• Attend programmatic team meetings to continue to learn and grow knowledge
• Proactively seek solutions when facing challenges and discuss these with the UK & US team members
• Ensure regular communication of deliverable status, highlighting in advance when more time is needed to complete the task
