About the Role

Crantech Ltd is hiring 3 full-time outbound operators (execution role) to run high-volume outbound campaigns from an established playbook. This is a hands-on execution position: you will follow proven systems, operate campaign tools, and maintain data and inbox hygiene. This is not a strategy, campaign manager, or GTM-engineer role. It’s for reliable operators who can execute precisely and consistently across multiple client campaigns.

What you'll actually do

• Load and run outbound campaigns using Instantly (or equivalent), maintaining sending limits and deliverability hygiene.
• Build and pull prospect lists in Clay to given specifications (you will not design the data architecture).
• Manage campaign inboxes: triage replies, apply reply workflows, and route leads according to the playbook.
• Keep CRM records, trackers, and reporting tidy and up to date.
• Send simple daily/weekly reports and flag issues to the campaign manager.
• Use AI writing tools (Claude/ChatGPT) to draft/modify templates and follow-ups per the playbook.

What we're looking for

• Excellent English communication is a must.
• Real, hands-on experience executing cold-email campaigns at scale.
• Proficient with Clay for list pulls and Instantly (or similar) for campaign sends.
• Strong written English and attention to detail for inbox triage and template use.
• Comfortable using AI tools daily to adapt templates and responses.
• Self-directed and reliable: full-time availability, your own laptop and stable internet.
• Able to follow detailed playbooks precisely and escalate when needed.

Not required (what this role does not include)

• Strategy, ICP development, or campaign design.
• Building outbound systems or deliverability engineering.
• Ownership of multi-client GTM architecture or technical automations.

Nice to have

• Prior agency or multi-client outbound experience.
• Basic CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
• Familiarity with simple spreadsheet automations and trackers.
• Experience with European or US-based B2B outreach.
