Associate Manager - Finance

Overview

As a Finance Analyst, you will be a key Finance contact responsible for supporting the Commerce Marketing Finance Team with P&L review, period forecast and close and ad hoc finance requests from 1NA leadership. This role works strategically with our cross-functional marketing partners to ensure smooth transition in payment and PO processes across 4 BUs and 2 JVS, as well as forecast submission and smartsheets tracking. This role focuses all key accounts and multiple BUs/JVs in a fast-paced, high-growth area for Pepsico.

Responsibilities

• Key Acct Forecast Reporting and Presenting
• Commerce Marketing close processes, presentation building and Global Group support
• Track individual BU payment processes, Ways of Working, marketer support
• Track committed vs Available budgets vs AOP and provide opportunities for budget shifts
• Own and map all deductions across key accounts
• Commerce Marketing P&L running and mapping – tracking entries and billing
• Designing tools and training marketing teams on financial management of business
  
  

• Education: Graduation / Post Graduation in Finance, CA/CMA preferred
• Proficient in English (90-100% in written and verbal skills)
• 1-2 years relevant finance experience
• Financial concept understanding and application
• Financial modeling and advance Excel skills
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources
• Ability to identify potential risks/opps and collaborate with Marketers and manager to assess impact
• Work on cross-functional teams
• Time management, organization, accountability, and prioritization (with assistance)
