Outbound Lead Generation Specialist

Job Highlights:

• Contract type: Independent Contractor
• Schedule: 20 hours per week; Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm EST
• Rate: Up to Php340 per hour (to be paid on the selected candidates local currency)

Youll be the crucial first connection between growing local businesses and the digital marketing solutions they need to thrive. This isnt about hard selling – youll focus on generating qualified leads and setting appointments that help small business owners discover how SEO and web design can transform their customer acquisition. Youll work with established systems, proven scripts, and a supportive team while building your skills in a role with clear performance incentives and growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to local service businesses using provided leads and proven scripts
• Generate qualified prospects for local SEO and web design services
• Set appointments with business owners ready to discuss their digital marketing needs
• Manage lead interactions through GoHighLevel CRM platform
• Maintain consistent daily call volumes while focusing on conversation quality
• Follow established qualification guidelines to identify serious prospects
• Track and report on lead generation metrics and appointment conversion rates
• Handle prospect objections professionally while maintaining positive call outcomes

Requirements

• Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation roles
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage business owners effectively
• Experience working with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel experience is a bonus)
• Disciplined approach to maintaining consistent call activity and quality standards
• Professional phone setup and reliable internet connection
• Availability for fixed Eastern Time schedule (9 AM - 1 PM)
• Bonus if you have experience calling local service businesses or contractors
• It helps if you understand the challenges small business owners face with online marketing
