Job Description

We’re hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to build, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns and workflows across automation platforms. This role focuses on developing email marketing campaigns, improving lead scoring, campaign attribution, and performance optimization — ensuring every campaign delivers measurable ROI.


You’ll own the marketing ops stack including but not limited to automating workflows and collaborating internal team members to enhance conversion and retention strategies.


Job Highlights

  • Hourly Rate: USD 9, the equivalent in your local currency
  • Paid Hours per Week: 20
  • Schedule: Flexible during Central business hours
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the marketing operations stack (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Design lead scoring systems and multi-touch attribution models.
  • Create and maintain complex workflow automations for campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Optimize campaign performance and ROI through testing, reporting, and iteration.
  • Manage marketing technology integrations across CRM, analytics, and social platforms.


Skills & Tools:

  • Proven experience in marketing automation, operations, and with email campaigns
  • Strong understanding of lead scoring and attribution modeling.
  • Expertise in campaign optimization and performance measurement.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and social media analytics.
  • Knowledge and experience working with leading CRMS and email marketing platforms (Marketo, Hubspot, Smartlead, etc.)


Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, automation, or CRM operations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.
