About the Role:

They are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Marketing & Client Administrator to support the operational foundation of their marketing agency. This part-time role requires strong communication skills, fluent English (written and verbal), and exceptional efficiency during scheduled work hours.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in digital marketing execution, specifically with GoHighLevel (GHL), AI-powered ad delivery, and AI outbound voice systems. The individual will ensure campaigns are properly fulfilled, clients are consistently updated, and the agency’s marketing operations run smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Build, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Set up and deliver AI-driven ads, including creative, targeting, automations, and reporting.
• Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize GHL funnels, workflows, pipelines, triggers, calendars, automations, and lead nurturing sequences.
• Implement and maintain AI outbound voice agent systems for client campaigns.
• Maintain high levels of quality and accuracy in all marketing deliverables.

Customer Service & Support

• Respond to client questions, concerns, and service requests with clarity and professionalism.
• Troubleshoot campaign performance, automations, and platform-related issues.
• Maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (written and verbal) with strong communication abilities.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, agency operations, or marketing fulfillment.
• Strong proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL)—required.
• Experience with AI ads, AI outbound voice agents, and marketing automation tools.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools, systems, and processes.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and execution skills.
• Reliable work ethic with a commitment to productivity and timeliness.
