We’re hiring a Full-Time Business Analyst for one of our clients, in the restaurant industry. This client is looking for someone who thrives on working with data, is highly organized, and can provide support in key decisions. The ideal candidate enjoys digging into numbers, validating data, and working behind the scenes to keep processes running smoothly.

Requirements:

• Strong Excel expertise.
  
• Solid understanding of experimentation and analytics, including:
  

• A/B testing
  
• Basic statistics & hypothesis testing
  
• Correlation vs. causation
  
• Holdout studies
  

• Experience working with reports, metrics, and performance data.
  
• Highly accurate, detail-oriented, and organized.
  
• Proactive, flexible, and able to ask thoughtful "why" questions when reviewing data.
  
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Clear communicator with the ability to explain insights and anomalies.

Rate: $8 / hour
