Job Role Summary/Overview

You’ll be the organizational backbone that keeps client relationships running smoothly while enabling senior growth strategists to focus on what they do best – driving results. This role offers the perfect blend of marketing exposure and administrative excellence, giving you direct insight into how successful marketing campaigns are managed from strategy to execution. You’ll work closely with a distributed team of marketing professionals and gain valuable experience in the performance marketing world while handling critical coordination tasks that keep projects on track.


Job Highlights

  • Hourly Rate: USD 8, the equivalent in your local currency
  • Schedule: Part-time (15-20 hours per week) with potential to scale to full-time (30+ hours per week) based on business needs; regular client calls and team meetings during US business hours
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate client calls across multiple time zones and stakeholders
  • Prepare comprehensive meeting recaps and distribute to relevant team members
  • Update client presentation decks and marketing materials with current data and insights
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables between internal teams and clients
  • Manage administrative workflows that support the growth team’s daily operations
  • Handle client communication coordination to ensure seamless project flow
  • Support meeting preparation and follow-up activities for client engagements
  • Maintain organized documentation and project tracking systems


Requirements

  • General understanding of marketing terminology and concepts
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience with scheduling and administrative coordination
  • Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams
  • Ability to work during US West Coast business hours
  • Bonus if you have experience with project management tools like Motion AI or Acelo
  • It helps if you’ve worked in a marketing or agency environment before
