About the role:
Were looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Assistant to support the planning and execution of lifecycle and promotional campaigns across email and SMS. This role will partner closely with the retention, analytics, and creative teams to deliver campaigns that are timely, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, technical proficiency with marketing tools, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is an opportunity to contribute to impactful campaigns that help advance Winona’s mission of supporting women’s health.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the end-to-end execution of lifecycle and promotional campaigns across email and SMS (Iterable).
Build, QA, and schedule automated journeys and one-off sends based on strategy briefs.
Partner with retention, analytics, and creative teams to ensure campaigns launch on time.
Manage tagging, segmentation, and naming conventions for accurate campaign organization and reporting.
Contribute to A/B testing efforts, including setup, test logic, execution, and reporting.
Assist in mapping and improving customer and prospect journeys, from first touch to reactivation.
Help build and maintain ClickUp tasks and outlines for lifecycle campaigns.
Support recurring platform tasks (e.g., updates in Circle, Intercom, and Line of Business tools).
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience as a Marketing Assistant or Virtual Assistant, preferably with exposure to email marketing or CRM tools.
At least 3 years of professional experience in email marketing or CRM.
Strong proficiency with Iterable or a similar ESP (Klaviyo, Braze, Salesforce, etc.).
Familiarity with customer segmentation, tagging, and journey automation.
Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello).
Ability to QA email/SMS sends for copy, design, links, logic, and segmentation.
Understanding of email marketing performance metrics and A/B testing methodology.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable working independently with clear briefs, as well as in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and ask questions.
Available for work between 8 AM and 4 PM EST.
Ability to work remotely with a reliable computer and stable internet connection.
Nice to Have:
Experience with customer lifecycle strategies, from onboarding to winback.
Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar analytics tools.
Basic HTML knowledge for email editing.
Interest in women’s health, wellness, or healthcare marketing.
