Lead Generation Specialist Cold Calling

TechBiz Global GmbH is currently in search of a highly motivated Junior Lead Generation Specialist to join our esteemed Sales department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our team by meticulously identifying and evaluating potential leads to bolster our sales initiatives.

• Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads across diverse channels, including cold calling
• Qualify and assess leads against defined criteria to ensure high quality
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies
• Build, manage, and maintain an up-to-date lead database
• Provide regular, detailed reports on lead generation activities and performance
• Utilize tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant platforms
• Receive comprehensive training and access to all necessary tools and resources

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Strong communication skills, with willingness to engage in cold calling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude
• No prior experience in Lead Generation required
• Comfortable working with European timezone(09.00-18.00 German time)
