Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT operations role.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and enterprise systems maintenance.
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
• Familiarity with IT security practices, network monitoring tools, and performance analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
