Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a rich background in various human resource functions, possess exceptional interpersonal skills, and display a commitment to fostering a productive and engaging work environment. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, developing HR strategies, and providing solutions to enhance employee engagement and organizational efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment process to attract, select, and retain qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with industry standards.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to welcome and integrate new employees into the company.
  • Manage employee performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution processes and foster a supportive workplace environment.
  • Coordinate employee training programs to enhance skills and professional development.
  • Monitor compliance with labor regulations and recommend policy updates as needed.
  • Oversee payroll processing, compensation, and benefits administration efficiently.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Analyze HR metrics to assess trends and areas for improvement within the organization.
  • Advise management on strategic HR issues and contribute to decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a human resources role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex situations.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
