Job Role Summary/Overview

Join a fast-growing company in the recovery and wellness industry, supporting a visionary CEO in driving strategic initiatives and daily business operations. This role requires a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant with strong business acumen and the ability to create and design executive-level presentations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident in handling confidential information, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.


Job Highlights

  • Monthly Rate: Approximately PHP 58,000
  • Paid Hours per Week: 35
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 pm, with 1 hour unpaid break | Burleigh Heads QLD, AU time
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare, edit, and design presentations for internal and external meetings
  • Conduct research and compile reports to support executive decision-making
  • Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes
  • Assist with project tracking, follow-ups, and task management
  • Support administrative and operational needs as required


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant (3+ years preferred)
  • Strong business understanding and ability to think strategically
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Experience designing professional presentations (PowerPoint or Canva)
