Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $4.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: Full-time 35+ hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor


Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Support healthcare providers with technical questions and software implementation challenges
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing customers on platform functionality
  • Lead comprehensive onboarding processes to ensure smooth customer transitions
  • Help healthcare teams understand and maximize system capabilities for better patient care
  • Cross-train and support other departments during varying workload periods
  • Shadow senior team members during initial weeks to master company processes
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems appropriately
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement


Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, software, or technology industries
  • Strong communication skills with clear, professional English proficiency
  • Ability to learn complex software systems quickly and explain them simply to others
  • Experience with training, onboarding, or educational processes preferred
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, multitask environments where priorities can shift
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace for remote work
  • Bonus if you have healthcare industry knowledge or experience with documentation systems
  • It helps if you’re naturally patient and enjoy helping people solve problems
