Cebu City | Onsite | Full-Time

Shifting Schedule | 24/7 Operations | With Graveyard Shifts

Position: CSR Sales

Salary Package: PHP 28,000

Plus opportunities for promotion within the LOB (earn up to 35K)

Retention Bonus: 25K

Work Location:

TA Hub eBloc 2 Tower, W. Geonzon St., Cebu City

Who Can Apply?

Senior High School Graduate OR Completed 2 Years in College

Must have at least 3 months BPO experience (International Voice Technical)

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate

Must have 2 years BPO experience (International Voice)

Computer literate

Willing to work onsite

Comfortable with shifting schedules & graveyard shifts

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
Recommend and upsell products that match customer needs.
Process orders, account updates, and transactions efficiently.
Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive experience on every call.
Meet sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
