Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone and email.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and retention.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers efficiently.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and remain informed about new company offerings.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets set by the management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma; college degree preferred for advanced customer service roles.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Customer-oriented approach with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
