Job Description

  • Assist in the organization and coordination of business meetings, events, and workshops.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain databases, ensuring data is updated and accessible.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Liaise with vendors to resolve service issues and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires by assisting with paperwork and introductions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance productivity and achieve business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role within a corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills are essential for success.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
