Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to assess their needs and provide relevant solutions.

  • Process transactions accurately and ensure the privacy of customer information.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services offered.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer service excellence.
  • Proactively seek feedback to improve the customer service experience.
  • Assist in merchandising and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and communicate them to the sales team.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain service standards.
  • Participate in continuous training sessions to update skill sets and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications.
  • A strong problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail are required.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
