An Admin Support role is integral to the smooth functioning of any organization. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help maintain a positive work environment and assist with higher-level managerial and executive tasks as needed. Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the daily schedule and appointments of office executives efficiently.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Maintain a comprehensive filing system for easy retrieval of important documents.
  • Coordinate and assist in planning of office meetings, including preparing agendas.
  • Provide administrative support during conferences, workshops, and corporate events.
  • Assist in procurement and inventory management of office supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain and update contact lists, including client, vendor, and employee information.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other necessary documents as required.
  • Ensure office compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Handle travel arrangements and itineraries for executives efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients, providing excellent service.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure smooth operation of office technologies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in an administrative support role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related business software applications.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
