We are offering $10,800 to $15,600 USD for phone and chat roles, based on interview performance, clarity and strength in the case study, and overall fit. In this role, you’ll join the Worker Operations team, reporting directly to Operations leadership while supporting and empowering a marketplace of 60,000+ healthcare professionals. This opportunity is built for experienced support professionals who want to take ownership, solve real customer problems such as payments, general inquiries, and app concerns, and grow into future leaders.

Important Note: We operate 24/7. Each shift consists of 5 days within a 7 day cycle (Sunday to Saturday), with both Saturday AND Sunday availability required to support our peak times and shifts are assigned based on business needs.
