Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager

Location: Remote

Work Shift: Partial West Coast PST overlap required

Working Hours: 40 hours per week/Full-time

Job Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead initiatives that have the potential to double our business revenue and profitability. This role offers exceptional creative freedom and the opportunity to influence the complete customer journey from initial concept to final execution.

What You’ll Do

• Lead growth initiatives from ideation to execution, including product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with designers to build ad creatives, emails, and landing pages in Figma.
• Launch and manage marketing campaigns across digital advertising, landing pages, and email.
• Report on performance metrics such as profit per visitor, conversion rate, and AOV.
• Build and manage email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo (segmentation, A/B testing, template development).
• Design and implement lead capture popups (email & SMS), ensuring proper targeting and segmentation.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, n8n) to streamline marketing and campaign workflows.

Growth & Development

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience in growth marketing, digital advertising, and campaign management.
• Strong ability to translate creative concepts into effective campaigns.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for performance analysis.
• Experience working with or managing a designer.
• Strong visual judgment and attention to detail.
• Proactive problem solver with ownership mindset.
• Highly organized, process-driven, and adaptive to change.
• Strong communicator and collaborator.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms.
• Familiarity with popup software and targeting logic.
• Exposure to AI tools for productivity and automation.
• Design experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.
