As a Humanities Teacher in this West Drayton setting, you will be supporting students who may have struggled in mainstream education, using discussion:based and relatable content to build confidence and interest. A strong Humanities Teacher will be able to adapt lessons, build relationships, and create a positive learning environment.

The Role : Humanities Teacher

• Delivering engaging lessons as a Humanities Teacher
• Teaching small groups of SEMH and PRU students
• Planning creative and accessible lessons across Humanities subjects
• Encouraging discussion, critical thinking, and real:world understanding
• Acting as a consistent and positive Humanities Teacher role model
• Managing behaviour in a calm and structured manner
  
  

Ideal Candidate : Humanities Teacher

• Experience working as a Humanities Teacher
• Ability to teach subjects such as History, Geography, or PSHE
• Experience working with SEMH, PRU, or challenging behaviour (preferred)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
