In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of airport activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in, security, and boarding gates
• Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flights, baggage, and airport facilities
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or disabled passengers
• Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to passengers
• Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure efficient and timely boarding and disembarkation of passengers
• Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations at all times
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized airport environment
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
