• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas
• Check and verify passenger documents and tickets
• Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
• Assist passengers with baggage check-in and retrieval
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers by following all airport regulations and procedures
• Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth and timely departure and arrival of flights
• Handle any issues or complaints from passengers in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage when needed
