Job Description

  • Recommend to-be process map designs using cross-functional flowcharts.
  • Work with QA team to execute test plans and use cases.
  • Act as a project manager to create project tasks, milestones, roadmap, and work breakdown.
  • Prioritize business requirements to ensure stakeholder understanding and acceptance.
  • Write Test Cases and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Manage change requirements, considering cost-benefit impact changes.
  • Review and re-engineer processes within the assigned value stream.
  • Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
  • Lead projects internally and manage 3rd party partners as part of delivering solutions.
  • Possess a strong background in statistical modeling and experience with statistical tools.
  • Handle pressure and be resourceful, a team player, and proactive.
  • Contribute to developing information technology strategies and policies.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements to business development.
  • Drive option analysis on key functional choices with business technology stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with relevant parties throughout the development phases.
  • Create and maintain documentation supporting controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in Business Analysis in domains such as BFSI.
  • Knowledge of integrated business process modeling and operations procedures.
  • Proficient in various office software products like MS Office, G Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of business applications to support operations.
  • Experience in performing BA activities for enterprise software and business workflows.
  • Ability to prioritize work and balance a diverse portfolio of business concepts.
  • Ability to learn challenging concepts quickly and stay updated on regulatory changes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Skills:

  • Strong domain experience in Business Analysis and BFSI.
  • Knowledge of Finance and financial instruments preferred.
  • Experience with programming and implementing AR/VR applications.
  • Certification in design thinking for requirements facilitation.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Visio for creating business process models and flowcharts.
  • Experience in researching market landscapes across different verticals.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze complex data and provide user insights.
