Purchase Executive: Being the part team purchase of the product company, you will be play key role in bringing about material procurement excellence in core area of Evolute Group.

The Opportunity

This position is on Executive Category. The candidate should have ownership/leadership roles prior than this in line with respect to operations and material sourcing initiatives. It is fantastic opportunity to lead a multi business organization by brining material sourcing operation, adopting new technologies and teamwork towards operation excellence.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Strategic responsibilities –
• Drive material sourcing through Standardized Operations
• Coordinate with Cross functional team with regards to material sourcing complete internal customer satisfaction
• Plan and process which minimize purchasing costs through effective coordination with cross functional team and vendor.
• Report on sourcing activity on regular basis to the Purchase Head.
• Functional responsibilities –
  
  

Production Materials fulfillment Procurement (INR) like SMD Resistor, SMD/TH Capacitors, Inductors, Adaptor, Hardware Screw, Packing Boxes, Wire Harness, Sleeves, Tapes, Printing Labels, Cables, Tablets, FPS, Pouch Bag and Other Consumable materials.

• Negotiation with all existing vendors for prices and lead time.
• Weekly Payment planning, Coordinate with Finance for process advance and credit vendor payments.
• Replacements warranty claims (Tabs mobiles).
• Release PO by SAP to all Indian vendors and further follow-up with them and move shipments.
• Rejection Matter handle and arrange replacement/refund, arrange CAPA.
• Visit local vendors with QC and resolve quality issues.
• Visit local new vendors with product team for new raw materials customization or selection.
• Vendor evaluation basis technology processes. (Vendor auditing).
• Internal Coordination with all departments for various approvals and push up to all for complete the task
  
  

To qualify for the role, you must have –

• Any Graduate / Diploma / Engineering with Minimum 1 to 2 years of Experience in raw materials Purchase activities in Electronics Product Manufacturing Industry.
• Sound computer knowledge like Excel with advance formulas, MS Word, Outlook, SAP /ERP.
• Typing Speed – more than 30 words per minute
• Language – Hindi / Marathi / English Written and Spoken
  
  

Competency –

• Should have electronics components/ materials technical knowledge.
• Ability to work in pressure.
• Should be aware with changes happening in technology.
• Good Negations skills
• Should have knowledge the Process of Electronics Products Manufacturing Company.
• Good in Excel with formulas Outlook management

• Part of Team as a material sourcing of developing a Fintech, Cleantech Product and/or platform based on cutting edge future technologies.
• Knowledge of Global technologies and regulatory issues/compliance (Example what is used in say Africa, Latin America)
• Working experience with both product and services technology
  
  

Qualifications

Any Graduate / Diploma / Engineering with Minimum 1 to 2 years of Experience in raw materials Purchase activities in Electronics Product Manufacturing Industry.
