As a Senior Manager - Treasury Management System Implementation, you will specialize in enhancing financial operations and strategies within our Finance practice. You will assess financial processes, identify areas for improvement, and design solutions to streamline operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional networks to deliver quality results, motivate and coach teams, and solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognize when to take action, and communicate effectively to drive project success.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on implementing financial systems, process automation, and financial shared services. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with clients. Your ability to lead teams through complexity and demonstrate composure in challenging situations will contribute to the success of our firm. You will initiate open and honest coaching conversations, make difficult decisions, and model professional standards, reinforcing the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Treasury Management System (Kyriba, FIS Quantum, FIS Integrity, GTreasury) implementations, including design, configuration, testing, and go-live, along with bank/ERP integrations.
• Drive treasury transformation initiatives covering cash management, forecasting, investments, debt, risk (FX/IR/Commodity), in-house bank, and payment factory setup, while optimizing treasury processes.
• Manage client delivery and team performance by providing TMS product support, supporting business development, and coaching/mentoring team members to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Leading the implementation of treasury management systems to enhance financial operations
• Analyzing client financial processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
• Designing and implementing solutions to streamline financial operations and enhance controls
• Providing strategic guidance on financial systems implementation and process automation
• Coaching and motivating teams to solve complex financial challenges and drive project success
• Applying systems thinking to uncover underlying financial problems and opportunities
• Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine financial strategies
• Directing teams through complex and uncertain situations with composure and clarity
• Developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive high-performing teams
• Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic financial story
• Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to foster team development

• An undergraduate degree from top institutes followed by relevant work experience (Core Consulting experience would be an added bonus), or
• MBA in Finance from a premium B-School / Qualified CA / CPA/ ICWA / CMA with relevant consulting experience
• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 12 years of experience
• At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Advise global clients on treasury transformation by improving process efficiency, conducting stakeholder workshops, and applying strong business acumen across finance, banking, and accounting domains.
• Drive end-to-end Treasury Management System (Kyriba, FIS Quantum, FIS Integrity, GTreasury) implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and post-production support, along with proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
• Independently lead workstreams and cross-functional teams while demonstrating strong analytical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and coaching/mentoring capabilities to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Excelling in financial forecasting and financial management
• Demonstrating proficiency in financial modeling and financial strategy
• Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex financial problems
