As a member of the survey delivery team at Worldpanel by Numerator you will play an integral role in delivering the highest quality survey projects to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate interested in a career in research driven by powerful technology and proprietary data. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of Survey scripting and data processing experts, ensuring that timelines and quality measures are met on each assigned project. You will be a steward for Numerator standards and will lead internal strategic initiatives. You will be excited to work in a highly collaborative environment and will be responsible for providing coaching and development to both new and existing team members. Key Responsibilities

« Manage complex panel scripting ad hoc surveys, uploading the data collected into our delivery software and running some packaged analysis on the data.

« Contributing to creative troubleshooting and supporting junior team members on more complex requirements of platforms and our core capabilities

« Establish strong relationships with your key day-to-day contacts and become trusted to identify and deliver against their core needs.

« Continuously identify pain points and implement improvements in the processes and way of working around the survey set up and delivery process.

« Demonstrate expertise in the custom survey space.

« Maintain our quality standards by implementing quality checks in our data and ensuring work delivered error free and turned around in line with our SLAs.

« Follow effective ways of working with our local markets that we service.

Day to day work of the team you would lead

• Scripting surveys using Tivian and our internal tools for deployment in our APPs and on laptops / desktops for surveys on our other consumer panels.
• Validating survey sample.
• Providing regular survey completion progress reports.
• Delivering codebooks and data files to the analysts to create reports at the end of fieldwork.
• Ensure scripting processes and methodologies are followed, updating these when necessary.
• Conducting data quality checks for speeders and straight-liners on the end data
• Combining datasets and uploading them into our visualisation solutions - Crunch and our own MyWorldpanel tool.
• Run pre-packed code on simple correlation analysis and upload into our tools
• Manage communications with the local markets to ensure requests are clear and you have all the information you need to read the data.
  
  

What Youll Bring to Numerator

Skills & Experience Desired

« Qualification in numerate subject such as statistics, data science, computer science or economics

« Knowledge of R, SAS, HTML, CSS, Jscript and SQL are desirable.

« Ability to communicate clearly with your key stakeholders in operations or the PanelVoice teams

« Practical experience of scripting custom surveys

« 3+ years of quantitative research experience

« Excellent written and verbal communication skills - fluency in English beneficial

« Strong attention to detail and organizational capability with an ability to prioritize
