Job Overview

If you live and breathe marketing, we need to talk. We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.

A marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in digital marketing concepts, principles and tactics.

Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online marketing activities. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.

Heres The Description Of Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
• Brainstorm and develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Experiment with a variety of organic and inorganic (paid) acquisition channels like content creation, guest, posting, content curation, SEO, pay per click campaigns, digital event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
• Build strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies and vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
• Produce marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
• Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  
  

Heres what we are looking for, is this you?

• You have proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role, 1-3 years (Preferred).
• You can identify target audiences and creatively devise marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
• You have thorough understanding of digital marketing elements (Such as SEO/Social media/Content/Email etc.) and market research methods
• You have a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
• You are numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures
• You have solid computer skills, including Google docs, marketing software (Email Marketing, Adobe Creative Suite, SEO tools, and CRM) and applications (Google analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
• You have working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress, Hubspot)
• You have experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• You are well-organized and detail oriented
• You have commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
• You have exceptional communication and writing skills
• You can deliver work FAST and on a deadline
• You are self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for learning and staying current with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• A masters degree in marketing, or related field is a plus.
