What do we need from you?

• Be a people’s person.
• A good understanding and knowledge of the HR cycle is pretty much a must.
• Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms.
• Assist in daily coordination between the team and management.
• Be a team player - manage HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules.
• Wear the detective’s hat: sort out quality resumes and CVs and assist in shortlisting candidates.
• Always be on the lookout for new recruitment platforms.
• Form a connection with campuses and institutions for recruitment.
• Working on Applicant Tracking System - a familiarity with the ATS definitely wouldn’t hurt.
• Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.
• Be an ambassador of our culture - work on different employee engagement initiatives and activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or the equivalent.
• Communication and leadership skills are always a plus.
• Efficient time management is the solution to half the problems.
