In this role, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs, including ticketing, check-in, and other related services. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process ticket sales, changes, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
• Check-in passengers and their baggage according to established procedures
• Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and gate changes
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on airline policies and procedures
• Uphold the companys standards of customer service excellence at all times Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or the aviation industry is preferred
