You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our passengers have a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at the ticket counter, providing information on flight schedules, fares, and routes
• Process ticket sales, changes, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
• Check-in passengers and their luggage, ensuring compliance with all security and safety regulations
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with other airport personnel to ensure on-time departures and arrivals
• Maintain a clean and organized ticket counter and work area
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards
• Continuously update knowledge of airline regulations, ticketing procedures, and airport operations Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or the airline industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
