Sales Executive

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Sales Executive in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities

• Generate prospective customer leads through regular field visits and local market activities.
  
• Approach potential customers and explain relevant financial products and services.
  
• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions based on their needs.
  
• Follow up consistently with prospects to improve lead-to-customer conversion.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.
  
• Work toward assigned sales and customer-acquisition targets.
  
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and prospects.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer documentation and completion of sales processes.
  

Required Skills

• Field Sales: Ability to meet prospects directly and conduct regular field-based sales activities.
  
• Lead Generation: Ability to identify and develop potential customers in assigned territories.
  
• Customer Acquisition: Understanding of the process of converting prospects into customers.
  
• Sales Follow-up: Ability to maintain systematic follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
  
• Relationship Management: Ability to establish and maintain professional customer relationships.
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with finance-sector sales.
  
• Basic knowledge of CRM or lead-tracking processes.
  
• Local market knowledge of Trichy and surrounding areas.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates with 0–4 years of experience may apply. Freshers as well as candidates with prior experience in field sales, customer acquisition, finance sales, or related roles can be considered.
Travel: Regular local field travel; two-wheeler mandatory
Salary Offered: ₹18,000 + Incentive
