Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Telesales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  
• Explain products/services and address customer queries.
  
• Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups.
  
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
  
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
  
• Update customer information and call records in CRM.
  
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
  
• Prepare daily/weekly call and sales reports.
  

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
  
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
  
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
  
• Fluency in English and Hindi/Bengali will be an advantage.
