Government Contracting Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive candidate to support on a range GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Contract.

Primary Expectations: 

1. Ready to learn and gain hands-on knowledge in preparing, structuring, and submitting a GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Offer from understanding solicitation requirements to pricing, compliance, and post-award management. 
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
3. Experience in proposal development with strong GovCon expertise and competitive federal proposals and comprehensive government contracting procurement. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and government representatives. 
4. Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts. 
5. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and government representatives. 

Preferred Experience: 

1. Experienced with GSA MAS Contract modifications, new offer submissions, SIP to FCP transition, Post-Award activities, and ongoing MAS contract compliance requirements. 
2. Skilled in preparing technical narratives, pricing templates, CSPs, and admin documents. 
3. Familiarity with GSA systems/tools: eOffer/eMod, eLibrary, GSA Advantage, SIP, CALC, eBuy, FAS Catalog Platform (FCP). 
4. Knowledge of federal pricing policies, EPAs, Basis of Award tracking, and discounting strategies.
